A 50% non refundable charge will apply to all parties that cancel less than 2 weeks before the event or fail to show up. In an emergency, a party may be rescheduled once to a date no later than 3 weeks after the original party date without penalty. The cancellation policy is based on the originally scheduled party date. All parties are welcome to bring a cake and ice cream; however no other outside food or drinks are permitted.
